When will I receive my baby's portraits?

Angel Pics prints all photos in our own lab. Mail deliveries from our office in Memphis, Tennessee to most new parents only takes about 2 weeks.

How long do you keep my baby's photos?

Your baby's photos will be held in our computerized photo files for 2 years. They will be available for you whenever you are ready to purchase them.  Analog film is kept for 2 years.

Can you send my baby's photos COD?

COD prices charged by the U. S. Postal Service have soared over the past few years. The post office will charge up to $5.50 extra to walk to your front door and collect your payment. For the price of a stamp, you can mail us a check or money order, avoiding that COD fee.

What payment options do you offer?

Angel Pics accepts checks, money orders, debit cards, and major credit cards. When writing a check, please write the check writer's driver's license number and date of birth on the check.

What if I'm not pleased with the photos I receive?

Angel Pics offers an unconditional money-back-guarantee. You will be refunded the cost of your photos, less shipping and handling.

What costs are added to the price of the photos I ordered?

Shipping and handling charges are $6.50 per order shipped within TN. Sales tax is also charged on every order. Your order form may already include sales tax in the brochure price.

I've lost my baby's photo ID number they gave me in the hospital. How can I get it?

Just contact us by e-mail, Angel.Pics@comcast.net, or by telephone, 901-761-4793. We can find your order in our computer under the baby's last name, mom's name or mailing address.

Why not just wait and have my baby photographed after we leave the hospital?

Please, don't take your new baby to a crowded shopping area where exposure to infection is highly likely. Your baby is safest when photographed in the clean hospital environment. Plus, your baby will change so quickly. There's only one chance for that newborn hospital photo!

How do I return my photos for a refund?

Just mail them back to us within 10 days of receipt. Please include a note so we'll know exactly which baby's photos we've received. If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited immediately. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you promptly.

Is it safe to order online?

Angel Pics uses a secure server connection to ensure that your transaction information is fully encrypted and cannot be read when transmitted electronically.
